MS isn't wasting money buying EA and all the EA lawsuits and debt for the Xbox brand.
I could see them buying some studios from EA or IP, but they aren't buying them.
Valve I could see them trying to do that just for Steam and to make Steam what they wanted their game for windows shyt to be.
