At 57% now. Speeds have been going from 500Mbps to 200kbps

The servers are definitely getting hit up

Also seems like an issue with how they handle updates too. Running it on my computer, I think it was 400ish MB on Steam, a further 40GB through the game. It looks like they download and install a package before moving onto the next. Sequential instead of parallel. But I'm getting from 90-170 Mbits and it starts low then slowly creeps up as the package downloads.
