Horizon 5 and Flight Simulator, are better than anything on ps5 until Horizon Dawn 2 comes out that's just what it is

Spider-Man was cool but its a ps4 game, Demon Souls is a remaster, Returnal doesn't really scream Next Gen

Horizon 5 and Flight Simulator are the only real next gen games on console right now

If you click the Left stick it brings up the menu at the top, then if you select the Active Pause option on the left side, it will freeze your plane in place and you can remove some of the UI elements and screenshot from there. There's probably a more efficient way to go about this but I was able to get a few shots off after playing the game for like 20 min

EDIT: You can get much cleaner shots without the UI by switching to the showcase camera in the camera menu thru the toolbar

that PC performance patch came through

stayed around 60 fps flying around SF, where I used to see dips to the 30's. GPU stayed at 100%, indicating no significant bottlenecks

a lot of interesting changes to the controller controls. RB is basically a modifier now. now you can do pretty much everything with just a controller
