Watched the movie some time ago with no real expectations or knowledge outside of it being a movie "about McDonald's".
I don't know if I was under a rock or something but I never knew the back story to McDonald's essentially being stolen from the original owners.
As a business owner, I watched it on the edge of my seat and couldn't believe what I was watching.
The story was so shocking to me that I watched it equal parts horrified of how cut throat business is, sad for the real founders, and at the same time blaming them for being so naive. It's crazy how the original founders were concerned about quality dropping drastically if the business scaled too fast and today, while McDonalds is dominant in the fast food space, they are also notorious for having terrible service.
