From Massachusetts. But even if I weren't, my arguments would still be the same.

Dude could definitely put up points but when you play with guys like Bob Cousy, Sam Jones, KC Jones, and Tom Heinsohn, there wasn't any need for him to focus on scoring, although dude put up points for sure.

His impact was defense foremost. As the most gifted defender of all time, he'd rebound and block shots like a machine. Nobody drove to the lane with Russell there. And he started countless fast-break scoring opportunities with his rebounding and outlet passing. Dude was an elite passer for a big man. He did everything the right way.
