1) he went to a club once completely outside of the view of the people in there, the deejay started playing his OLD stuff and the place went crazy. hit the dance floor with the quickness - MIKE was shocked, he thought nobody played his shyt anymore and nobody was feeling him like that...they (bodyguards) had to tell him "HELL YEAH THEY STILL PLAY YOUR shyt!!"
2) They pulled up next to a bar once and mike was in the back enamored with all the people in there just socializing and enjoying the atmosphere - mike said "one day i'm gonna go in there and order us a round! we're gonna have fun guys!" they entertained him like a child on some "oh yeah man, we will one day, yeah..
"he was so famous that the thought of just doing the most mundane everyday shyt would fascinate him...he'd never done any of that before.

cuz prince crossed genres a lot now that I think about it. a lot of that stuff just wasn't for me.
i'd still side with mike tho.

he named him that because he said he was the KING, he took that name to go against Prince
