Anyone know when the trial will wrap up?
Closing arguments today, will probably be over by 3:30-4. Then jury will deliberate, expect a verdict tomorrow or Friday morning

He probably would have beat this case if he kept his mouth shut. All he had to do is let the prosecution turn over all their evidence during discovery. Then give a less elaborate story.
the jury will conveniently ignore this little detail because the combination of thug music and disobeying white authority can cause mental anguish and momentary memory lapse/confusion which made Dunn truly believe Davis got out of the car.

It sucks, because without the gun in the glove box, Dunn would have not even had made eye contact.
Also, it was much easier for Dunn to drive away, then spending all that time going for his gun. Its the same ol' story, shooter starts the altercation knowing he has a loaded gun. The state legislature really needs to address this, it should matter who starts the altercation.

he tried to kill everybody in the vehicle.
But without that gun in the glove box, those thugs could have outnumbered(4 on 1) that poor 6'4 250lb middle age defenseless man who doesn't weight lift and has to take prescription pills to protect his body from inflammation...
