Based on DE's mock, Turner and Kaminski shall be there at 10.
I'm not that high on Kaminski, but he's 7' can shoot and score a bit, he'll probably become a good role player, and I'm fine with drafting him. Not too mention Pat loves Seniors, so it wouldn't shock me if the Heat pick him.

Get a wing shooter with the MLE, then our bench shall be pretty decent. As long as Ennis gets consistent playing time next year, I'm content with any players we sign.

I wish they could get Danny Green or Demarre Carroll, but they start and they'll probably get more than the MLE. I could also see Riley trying to get Wilson Chandler or Afflalo to take an MLE deal, but they'll probably get more too. I bet they end up with Mike Dunleavy Jr if Riley doesn't work some magic via trade.

Hopefully Stanley Johnson falls to 10 and that helps address the need for depth at the 2/3. And I agree on Riley leaning toward Kaminsky if the wing players are gone by 10.

Dwyane Wade is thinking about retirement.

No, it's not imminent.

That being said, there is a target date that the Miami Heat guard and three-time NBA champion has in mind. It's a closely guarded secret that he said he's only sharing for now with his wife, Gabrielle Union. The way he's talking, next season won't be his last.

But at 33, the next chapter isn't far away for Wade, either. So the only upside to missing the playoffs — for only the second time in 12 years — is he gets to spend the next five months thinking about what comes next, on the court and off.

"I don't sit on my hands," Wade said in an end-of-season interview with The Associated Press. "Obviously, everything's about life after (basketball) and seeing what you want to do as well. So this is a perfect time to figure it out."

Technically, not everything right now is about life after the game.

Wade has the option of becoming a free agent again this summer; the expectation is that he will forgo a deal worth about $16 million for next season and work on a longer-term deal with the Heat. But no decision has to be made until late June, and Wade — who averaged 21.5 points on 47 percent shooting this season — is in no rush.

"I signed my deal the way I did for a reason ... and the organization did it for a reason," Wade said. "It's my option. I'll decide when the time is right. Everyone knows I always try to do what's best for the organization, but I also have to do what's best for Dwyane Wade as well."

He was 11th in the NBA in scoring this season, third in the Eastern Conference. Among guards, only two others scored as much and shot as well as Wade did this season. And the only guards in the last 40 years to average 21.5 points at Wade's age or better is an elite list — Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant and Gary Payton.

Yet Wade, who missed 20 games this season, only seems to hear about his decline.

It clearly bothers him.

"The narrative that people like to talk about with me is about injuries all the time," Wade said. "My thing is, especially as I get older, you get tired of it. Talk about what I do on the court. This year, a story that was untold and that I took pride in was looking at other players at 33, what did they do and how did they do it.

"Individually, what I was able to do in 31 minutes, I thought I was efficient as I could be," he continued. "I know I can always do better, but what I accomplished, I thought, was pretty good."

His summer will not be idle.

Besides the contract decision, Wade will have tons of off-the-court work. He's headed to the Met Gala next month to support fashion icon Anna Wintour, Vogue's editor-in-chief. When the Council of Fashion Designers of America hand out their awards in June, Wade will be there. And when Men's Fashion Week comes to New York in July, Wade will be front and center.

I was expecting that last paragraph to be about Wade's work out regime, not a fashion show. Wade went from Tim Grover to Anna Wintour. He definitely is on his way out.

I think Wade did his best this year. Missing the playoffs is a blessing is diguise for him and Bosh. Hopefully Pat puts together a deep squad this offseason because Wade probably has 3 good years left.

What are you doing this summer? “None of your business. You can follow me on my Instagrams and you’ll know what I’m doing this summer.” Do you need surgery this offseason? “Do I need surgery? I’m not looking to get any kind of surgery. No surgeries.” Palm Beach Post

How much do you have left at this point in your career? “I’ve got about 12 dollars left in my pocket because of Chick-fil-A, but I can go to the ATM any time and withdraw a limit of $300.” Ok, but you played at 36 or 37 years old (36, actually) this year. How much do you have left? “Man, you are terrible with numbers. I can withdraw from the ATM $300. I don’t know where you get 36, 37.” Palm Beach Post

Welp Wade is thinking about retirement but wont retire soon. Thats never good to hear with any athlete. Because if theyre thinking about retirement they should most likely retire. Not try to play anymore. Just dont kike to hear that. Then to read that part about the fashion show. :francis:

Welp at least the Wave got a top 10 pick. :blessed: :whew:

Wade balled this season
Yea I wish he could play 82 but he cant. If he could he would.

At his age doing what he did we need to be praising Wade not criticizing him
Im always prasing Wade. I praised him this season for coming into the season READY.
But lets not act like Wade always does this. :comeon:
This season was the first season since 2008 that Wade really took his offseason rehab SERIOUS. Not saying he didnt do anything in the other years but when he came back this season he looked young and refreshed. When Lebron was here every year Wade SHowed up trying to do his rehab like 2 weeks before training camp.

I hope he contiues with this trend to prolng his career just as Ray Allen and Tim Duncan have over the years. I hope he understands that at his age just showing up wont do.
