Juwan Howard said Whiteside's ceiling is Ewing???

Hmm...Is it me or are yousaying this like Ewing was some scrub?
I hated Ewing but Whiteside can only wish he could develop Ewing's offensive repertoire, yo. Ewing had one of the sickest fade-away J's ever and thats not just across big men.

But what WhiteSide lacks in offensive prowess compared to Ewing he makes up is for in athleticism. Physically Whiteside is more like a slower version of David Robinson. He simply doesnt have Robinson's jumper, bball IQ and passing/court vision. Robinson could also take a lot (if not most) SF's off the dribble. I guess i shouldnt base the comparison on built. But Whiteside has a lot to learn right now and cant compare to greats yet.

I like Johnson for his size (nh) 6'7 240...particularly for defense.

Yup & he can play 3-4 different positions. He is imo a poor mans Bron. He can handle the ball, pass, score, play good defense, & rebound.

Chris Broussard pulled a 180 on the Marc Hochman Show with Zach Krantz in advance of Tuesday’s NBA Draft Lottery, proclaiming to South Florida he is actually a fan of the Miami Heat.

Marc Hochman: “True or false: You will dance for an hour if the Miami Heat end up losing their draft pick tonight.”

Chris Broussard: “False. I am a Heat fan. There’s your headline — I am a Heat fan. Broussard. Colon. I am a Heat fan. They are not my favorite team but I am not against them.”

Yet Broussard’s NBA Finals prediction is Cavaliers vs. Warriors, so Heat fans may have a difficult time believing he’s on their side.
