Mexican rap is corny as hell. The problem is that they were never mingling with blacks in any part of the country in significant ways. They are not really part of hip hop, it's the same reason we can look at German rap or (god forbid) Scandinavian rap as corny as hell.
As for Puerto Ricans, I saw a few mentions in the thread, not comparable. Ricans have been involved in the culture (notice I'm not saying they were the architects) since day 1. Hell, even these traperos in Puerto Rico do the culture proud to an extent as much as any new act can. Mexicans need to stick to that ranchera garbage instead of defiling hip hop

Surenos is a alliance not a gang, and not all surenos are racist. Conejo hood Harpys13 doesn't have a black enemy and on good terms with rolling20, brims and black stones. Sadboy loco who is signed to YG has collab with many local black la rappers and was not charged for verses. He networks with cats and doesn't do the same old 90's shyt. Them chicano rappers never leave there comfort zone.
