Not sure if you ever got to the games but this is a must.... You can ONLY play this game on the hardest setting. Because its a story based FPS the gameplay is designed to be a certain way that cannot be translated the same if the difficulty is set to a lower setting. You will fully understand what I'm saying if you play it on that level, and make sure the brightness setting/etc that they have you set up at the beginning of the game is how its supposed to be (atmosphere reasons)
Amazing series, heavily slept on for consoles because too many gamers these days would rather play a game on easy/normal hoping to get a quick fix before the next game comes out.

Feel the same way. I've tried to get through 2033 a few times and can't get more than an hour into it.

Looking forward to this one though.

And the only reason he'll be interested in the new one is because its the new fix, he won't experience the game the way it was intended or be vested into the story.
Imagine reading the books the game is based off this way, new fix FTW!

Not really. You can pretty much get the story summed up for you on YouTube. They sold the other two in a bundle for like $30 at one point if you’re interested though.

Played for about 3 hours last and man this game is beautiful and has some great moments even in the first segment. They waste no time letting you get at some religious fanatics

this is my kind of game: fps with great graphics. play at your own pace (not 100mph like the new Doom). stealth, looting, upgrades, day/night cycle, npc banter...

it's still fukk Epic though
