Flat 9.80. So you can set the price higher for higher royalties, but of course you may get fewer sales depending on the design quality and niche.

Some tips though. Your prices are a little too low. I would start them at 14.99 or 15.99. You should really start filling out the bullets. You would likely have more sales if you did that.
