It’s just he seemed to be single and interested and I fell harder than I should have in the situation. I was in a similar situation like this. I had an ex that was like that. She said she doesn't think we're compatible and it's not going to work out between us. I was like ok. I was hurt but I'm not going to stress about someone not wanting to be with me. About a month or so later, I shared a joke meme on Instagram about not having a girlfriend and she texted me five minutes later saying "you COULD have a girlfriend!" I ignored the text. Another month went by and she sent me a text saying "so you forgot about me?!" I replied back saying you said we're not compatible and that YOU broke up with me. Why would I call you or text you if we're not dating anymore?

I did the same as her ex dudes. Never fought to get a woman back. Never tried to get a woman back. For what? We weren't getting along with each other at the time and decided to part ways.
