It is inapproriate to be hanging out with women alone, exchanging numbers with new women (unless it's for work), making new female "friends" when you are in a relationship. Work related things are fine, just keep it appropriate. Talking to them is fine as long as it is appropriate. No bonding or anything like that should be going on though, nothing too deep. No sharing feelings ect, emotional cheating.
All of this would be discussed in the beginning. If they don't like it, they can leave me alone.
