2009, 2013, 2016, 2019. Basically every time his contract comes up for renewal they've been trying to sign him.

Especially with Vince out of the day-to-day picture, for now at least, I could see WWE basically giving him a blank check and that being enough to convince him.

But if WWE really wants to get the upper hand, they should sign Kota Ibushi first.

I don't think its Omega since Meltzer could just call him and ask him directly. Ibushi and jay White are unknown to 95% of the WWE audience and wouldn't be a top priority free agent.

I saw someone float Francis Ngannou and I think he fits the "big free agent" more than the other guys. He's a former UFC champion like Brock and he's already got something going on with Tyson Fury who WWE has brought in multiple times.
