All I know is Quentin Miller fukked his money up. Drake is now forced to be as far away from this nicca as possible. Quentin probably won't even be allowed to be in the same room as a Drake.

I disagree

The only people hat have an issue with this are Drake haters like @Rapmastermind who has been saying the same shyt over and over in every thread

QM is credited on these songs there's nothing to hide. As long as the music continues to be on high level nothing else matters

Drake pointed out that Meek is opening for his girl--thats $50k+ a night, and every current rapper in the world, minus Drake, Cole, & Kendrick would be opening for Nicki, Drake makes more but let's not act like this is a real life loss for Meek. It might fukk with him slightly that his girl is a bigger star, but that's a rich person problem, and one that we'd all kill to have.

Drake points out that Meek tweets a lot and calls him a snitch, which is him admitting that he has ghostwriters, and lets be clear, this isn't even close to the same thing as snitching, though I don't like the idea of putting another person's livelihood in jeopardy even if it's someone like Drake who is already filthy rich. 4 tracks have leaked since then showing Quentin Miller has written substantial amounts of music for Drake, anyone denying that doesn't understand hip-hop, songwriting, etc.

Meek questions Drake's credibility in the streets, which is pretty interchangeable with his credibility in hip-hop. We all know Drake has never had any credibility here, people were willing to overlook this because Drake makes some really good music, but now we find out that he may not have written a great deal of that.

Meek calls Drake out on Puffy smacking him and TI's boy pissing on him. Real life shyt here that hurts a man's pride and self-esteem. Retaliation against Puff could've possibly led to blackballing, and who knows what TI's boy is capable of, so I can understand why Drake didn't respond, with that said these are both inescapable losses, no way to spin this into any kind of W, these are both take ur L and keep moving situations if you're not about that life. We all know Drake is not.

But Drake is winning this hands down? Makes sense in 2015

Anyone who knows me can tell you that I prefer Drake's music to Meek's, and I'm from Philly, but being as objective as I can be, the charges Meek's levied against Drake SHOULD be far more damaging than what Drake's thrown at Meek. Sad state of affairs for hip-hop/rap.
How can you ignore the fact that Meeks song is :trash:?

A battle is always about who's more witty and who makes the better music

Takeover was more factual than Ether but everyone still looks at Ether as the thing that was best in that beef

Nah Quentin going after meek. Drake kept it silent and didn't really explain the situation, so he hasn't outted Q himself. They'll probably start working together again once shyt cool down. Meek though put this man on blast who didn't even ask to be put on blast.

Meek exposed Drake, but he also potentially put a man out of a job too.
Somebody else will pick him up. And now he can charge more. Q MILLER coming out a winner. He's the man behind the "biggest" "man" in rap. This is a W for.him.

LOL you keep saying that. You were saying this BEFORE the song dropped.

Why not drop a good diss and let the people decide?

Most people here (minus Drake stans) were shytting on Drake up until Back 2 Back. People just want a good battle.
The people were ready to embrace meek. Drake haters are genuinely disappointed. This was a fukkin lay up for meek and he blew it

I don't think Meek's song was trash, it wasn't great but it wasn't that horrible. And so many people considered Nas the winner cause the odds were against him, hip-hop's always embraced the underdog, until now. I know Meek started this whole thing, but you'd still think he'd have more supporters just off the strength that his backs against the wall, if Drake's rap career ended he'd move right back into acting, he's set for life no matter what. Meek really came from nothing, he really was a broke, dirty dude running with grimy dudes who had little choice other than to sell drugs if they wanted a better life. He embodies what so many people were and what they aspire to be, and even most of these people aren't standing by him, cause it's not the popular thing to do. Chicks, old white people, and corporate America are swaying public opinion in such a way that Pac and Big must be rolling in their graves, and Jay, Nas, all the old school really from the street legends must be heartbroken that their culture has turned into this.

You aren't the underdog when you start shyt for no reason

It's not Meek fault that he had to find out what we already knew about him.

He's a product of the MMG wave people fukk with him for a song or two but he doesn't really have a true dedicated Fanbase like Drake, Cole, Kendrick
