That's my point though, he's a perfect character to give it enough depth in a series with multiple episodes so you then let him be full Doom in the movies.

At some point in Doom's story he's going to need to go to hell try free his mother's soul. That's going to require a nice budget.

Not gonna read the whole thread right now but I’ll just say it feels like the MCU is getting too watered down. Maybe I’m letting nostalgia get the best of me but each MCU premiere used to feel like a major event and now there’s something coming out every time you turn around.

It was never gonna happen but they needed to let things breathe for a while after Infinity War and Endgame because that was the culminatuon of a decade’s worth of stories. Instead they jumped right into the next phase and started pumping out what feels like nonstop content. Not to mention the quality of the shows on D+ and making it so everything that happened before the Loki finale was preordained. They need to take their foot off the gas.

I heard on a pod that there's been 7 movies and 6 shows(flip that possibly) in the past 18 months. They're way too oversaturated.

Not really sure what's goin on. We just watched the new Thor. it's not good. Not complete trash but just ehhh. There doesn't appear to be much direction at the moment. i have no doubt a team up movie could be good but all these solo joints been lately

i think this is more because of a mandate by disney for the streaming service
all of them are still unique so it's not that bad
