I'm from here and I like a lot of shyt he's been saying. Then again he might just be another elitist liar. But for now, he has a solid platform that isn't too "liberal" (meaning Sanders level "FREE MONEY!" wishful thinking and idiocy) but he has an issue with coasting right now on some Hillary 2016 type of shyt.
A lot of people feel he's a shoe-in and because of that, his campaigning is lacking, especially here in SoCal. He needs more people. His face needs to be everywhere in every corner of the state especially in central and southern Cal where his only claim to fame is being the former Lt. Gov to the lunatic Jerry Brown. But this is really a conversation for another day.
Ironically, people who earn low wages makeup a huge chunk of their consumer base.
If minimum wage jobs keep disappearing it will hurt their business in the long run
This is a point that continually gets overlooked and I don't understand it. Even if the laymen doesn't understand economics on this level, I know damn well the goons at the top do, so why are they so hellbent on eviscerating jobs for the poor when it's their main consumer base? Rich folks aren't regularly chowing down on McDonald's (unless they're DJT anyway) so wtf is going on?

Folks love to talk that shyt about how these low skill jobs were NEVER meant to pay a reasonable or livable wage but how the fukk is that when just a few decades ago, people worked these jobs and were able to support whole families or pay their way through college? Sometimes doing both at the same time......
If your bullshyt reasoning against a fair min wage is that these jobs were "never supposed to be careers" and therefore SHOULDN'T pay higher wages then it definitely all falls apart when you look at the things people working these jobs were at one time able to do as opposed to now. People working at McDonald's (and many other fast food joints, or in retail, etc) were once able to afford a modestly sized apartment AND utilities along with an ability to feed themselves and have a small bit of cash leftover.

This has been happened in other countries though. For a real long time now too. Every time I’m in Europe, chances are if I go to mcDs, I’m gonna order from a kiosk, but pick up my order from a human. People talk like this is news or a surprise. Doesn’t mean their wages should stay low, just because you’ve got computers doing it either...
Yep the fact people dont realize this indicates how easily people are fooled. Alot of customers may resist this also especially older ones.
