Cam is a flawed passer and I've said that. However, unlike Ryan he's been with Shula for so many years that its like being with Sark for 5 years. My guess is that his growth was being stunted. Cam won his MVP with a coach just fired and couldn't get a Head Coaching job. Ryan won his with a coach that was highly sought after.

This year will tell us a lot about if Cam has peaked as a passer and if Jameis is just average or not
