look breh, contrary to popular belief, I'm not trying to convince anyone, Matt is not going anywhere ( he needs to be challenged though) there is just a lot dishonesty, blind faith and head hiding in the sand about the guy, covered in " stats" and qbr's and other bullcrap, when the games tell a different story. The 2nd half of last year Matt Was freaking insane, and he finally looked like the guy, staunch Ryan supporters claimed he was.

But that was 1 half of 1 year in 10 years going on 11. Where he is the highest paid, longest tenured with some of the best talent a qb can ask for, and we are only scoring 10 points, and some of the points weren't even produced by the offense led by matt ryan.

I know its a team game, problem is Ryan supporters pick and choose when he's the man and when he's a victim of circumstance. Sark is the fourth OC, guess what fella? The offense looked constipated under Mularkey, Koetter and Smith

Then again, not many QBs are and there's not much to say that the next guy will be on that level either. Julio's not getting any younger, nor is the rest of the squad. QB change just gonna have the offense stalled out even more.

A lot of it has to do with the internet presence of Ryanette's. It is Hyperbole city with them

Here are my personal reasons

He's had Tony G ( Hall of Fame Tight end)

Roddy White ( at the time a consistent top 5 wide out)

Julio Jones ( constant Top 5 wideout)

Michael Turner ( consistent 1000 yard rusher, outside I think his last year)

Devonta Freeman

Tevin Coleman

Sanu

Gabrial

And I don't get, how a guy who is supposedly a top 10 qb can't win a superbowl with these cat's

Ryan supporters like to bring up his stats, to hold them tight, but even those aren't accurate ( this goes for all qb's) So say Ryan Throws a 5 yard pass, Julio takes 80 yards, Ryan is credited with a 85 yard pass ( again this goes for all qb's) difference is with cat's like Brady, Rodgers, Brees, Wilson, They have Ring/rings to go with these stats, and all these dudes have had lesser Talent on offense. Here we are in the 10th year with the talent Ryan has had, and we still talking about stats ( However Russle did have an elite defense) However, with the absolute nightmare that went on in Seattle this year ( no offensive line, no top 10 wideout, no good running backs, defense getting old/ injured) and still had a slight chance to still get in, imo puts Russle up there, Ryan would not have survived.

Again, admittedly most of my agitation comes from the online presence of Staunch Ryan supporters.
