I really want to give him a pass because I do think he's got a fairly decent eye for talent and Luck retiring on them really set the franchise back, but the way they've treated the QB position is inexcusable.
What's up with Reich? I really thought he'd have this franchise in position for legit SB contention...smart guy, good offensive mind, league-wide respect, seemed like such a solid hire.
