I don’t see what he gonna be allowed to do in NXT that he wasn’t allowed to do on the main roster.

Even though the logo and sleeve is different {Altered Carbon callback}


It’s still all the same company ran by the same people

He’s better off doing his thing back in Impact or AEW..... maybe ROH

I’m not even sure NWA will let him cook like exactly how he wants to

And he definitely not in NJPW, though if he wants to showcase he still has it in the ring he can go there...... but he not gonna be able to promo or story build as he’d like to and have to rely soley on his YouTube channel like The Elite did early on. Also be away from his fam a lot which probably isn’t something he wants

The Bucks. They were being name dropped during the Broken storyline multiple times and put them over the night before Maina. I'd imagine that AEW or Impact would give him the creative freedom he wants.

Breh goes back to WWE because he finally thought Vince would give a run with the title because his gimmick was over .

Instead he gets a short stint with the gimmick and then gets paired with Bray and decides to “retire” to a back stage role to get out of the story line.



Now he sees AEW on the rise and wants to go there..No body wanna see Matt having matches in 2020.

He said he’s set for life and it’s not about the money anymore for him.

Plus with less travel his expenses about to DRAMATICALLY drop once he off that E schedule so money gonna be real good for him

Matt Hardy’s contract with WWE has expired.

A trailblazer throughout his 19-year WWE career, Matt and his brother Jeff pioneered the first tag team Ladder and TLC Matches in WWE, stealing the show at WrestleMania on several occasions. Matt, who competed in his first WWE match in 1994, captured nine tag team titles with Jeff, in addition to two other reigns with MVP and Bray Wyatt.

He is also a former ECW, United States, European, Cruiserweight and Hardcore champion, and he won the Fifth Annual Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal at WrestleMania 34.

But Matt is perhaps most revered for the uncanny connection he has cultivated with the WWE Universe over the years, even as his character has transformed. From a gravity-defying daredevil willing to take any and all risks to becoming one of the most eccentric personas ever seen as “Woken” Matt Hardy, all incarnations had one thing in common — the adoration of WWE fans.

I'm hoping so at this point, so any point or idea can finally be made and everything can be settled.

That's a very interesting stance regarding all of the Dark Order things. No one's really seemed to consider the idea of him not being down with the idea of leading them or where they'd go with it.

But it really is amazing how Vince snatched the Hardys back up once they redeemed themselves and were the talk of the industry with their wild and unique shyt, did nothing with that for a year, then when he finally decided to run with the Broken stuff, he had his announcers make sure you knew Vince fukking hated it, then put Matt on the shelf for another year for no apparent reason.

There's a strong chance Matt will not be able to use any of the Brokenverse stuff again, and Jeff's body and life have completely fallen apart since returning to WWE.
