that orlando record did not last long.
i have no idea how to solve this problem.
there are more guns in america than people.

this shyt is sad and frightening.

You can’t solve this. This is terrifying
Stricter gun control laws would solve this. There's no reason for a civilian to have weapons capable of killing 50 people at once.

Yeah that was my first thought too obviously but the white man has a right to bear arms :troll:

You can't go back in time and put in tougher gun laws. No difference than drugs. Even if you make these guns illegal the market will find a way to satisfy demand. If we can't even stop grown ass people from walking/tunneling across the border, you really think you're going to stop crates of firearms?

It's always "possible" for someone to do this anywhere. But American attitudes towards violence, combined with American gun laws, make it FAR more likely to happen here than anywhere else

So while you can't "solve" it, you can certainly dramatically reduce it.

There is no way to fix it, there are more guns owned in America than people living in the country, it is crazy easy to get a gun in most states (something most Americans fail to realize) I could go right now to Walmart and buy them out of rifles and shotguns and all I would need is my driver's license. In 30 minutes I could go to one of half of dozen gun shops and after a 10 minute computer check buy as many handguns and semi autos as my heart / bank account desired and all I would need is my driver's license and a purchase permit (which cost me less than $10 to get in 3 days)

And that's just legally.

I'm always surprised we don't have much more shootings like this and by this I mean in places like open concerts, festivals, school events, major downtowns etc

That's crazy. I have a coworker who is in Vegas damn near every other week and goes to all the country music festivals, I'm so happy she wasn't at this, hopefully none of her friends were either.

Rest In Peace to the victims

fukk the media and their inability to label white shooters as terroirist, gangsters, etc
