Mass Effect: Andromeda

Well @surf I'm glad you're giving the game a shot. It's my favorite ME game to play. I understand why others don't like it, but you seem to be giving it a chance. Hopefully ME4 doesn't take a decade to release.

I don’t feel like my choices matter and this open world has gotten boring as shyt…I think I have 2 more planets/outposts to set up after harval

bland, generic main/side characters

awful side missions/busy work

wasteful open world format

…and the best thing it had going for it (gameplay) is starting to get stale af

just going thru the motions to finish the game at this point…started off decent but has really turned into a joyless experience…playing this feels like homework at this point

my assassin’s creed heleus description was spot on…game starts off decent but you get burnt out from repetition after a while…just open world for the sake of it with no real attempt at creating a satisfactory environment worth exploring…just wide open spaces with random meaningless shyt to do…I’ve literally never used fast track as much as I have in this game…for me that says a lot cuz I generally like open world experiences and taking the scenic route when it comes to these type games…this ain’t it tho…game is a 7 at this point with no chance of me putting it higher but I reserve the right to rate it lower upon completion

I know this is an EA game but it feels like if ubisoft made their own space game and slapped the “mass effect” title on it…absolutely nothing that worked for the first 3 games is evident in this game…nothing…although I do like the research and development crafting system to some extent even tho I can just find/purchase better weapons

It was made by the BioWare B-team cause the team that usually makes mass effect for some reason decided they were cool with leaving their biggest franchise to make Anthem
