ME1-3 = a new hope, the empire strikes back, return of the jedi

ME andromeda = passengers

that’s not a knock on andromeda…they’re just too entirely different types of games that both happen to deal with space travel

the only real complaint I have is how generic the aliens feel in andromeda compared to ME1-3…they lack personality…I do think liam and coral are better characters than kaidan and ashley tho

they're nicer i guess

shallow as fukk in comparison. ashley is better at being a layered racist than liam is at being space bum

and cora? :scust: she wants to speak to the manager of the asari because her membership doesn't say premium

You playing this on Xbox, surf? Have you tried the multiplayer yet? I started to play multiplayer again a couple months ago. It’s a grind, but part of it is enjoyable.

ya…but I haven’t touched MP yet…finally getting the hang of the game and how to break down and research/develop shyt…game is fun but much more exploration…completely different format too making it open world as opposed to ME1-3 being a linear shooter aside from its core RPG elements…the nomad should be a lot faster to speed shyt up in this game prior to establishing fast track points…that boost ain’t cutting it

Cora is a great sign of them just refusing to fully commit to anything.

She's supposedly established as having a better relationship with your father than you do, but that storyline mostly dies when he does.

Then she's supposed to be upset she wasn't next in line because she's more qualified, but that gets dropped quick if you flirt with her once or twice.

She's supposed to be upset with black - I mean Asari culture because she could never truly be accepted by them despite being better than most of them at their jobs, but it largely loses relevance when she gets to scared to admit that her and her squadmates probably fukked around. Doesn't come up again until her loyalty mission, or interactions with PeeBee when she's all of one line of dialogue away from telling her that she's more of an Asari than she is. :mjpls:

Jaal might be a deeper and more interesting character, and he feels like he was an attempt to see how many repurposed Javik ideas they could use before someone started asking questions.

Jaal was the only good party member imo

He had his moments. You don't have explicitly marked Paragon/Renegade options, but generally z they stick to nice options being the top options and the bottom option being more of the renegade option. There's one where you tell one of the kett to their face that they had a plan, but you're here to fukk their shyt up.

Agree with him sounding vanilla, though. It's like they brought someone in and asked him to just be Nolan North. Not Nolan North as a specific character, but actual plain Nolan North.

assassin’s creed heleus

it’s like they threw so much random side shyt on these planets to do and I don’t get the impression that there’s any real consequences to not doing some of these tasks…game is fun but it’s starting to get formulaic/tediously repetitive…and some of the shyt my character is being asked to do is menial af…think I’m about halfway thru…game is a 7-8 so far
