Marvel's The Inhumans coming to ABC Fall 2017 (Starts Sept 29th)

The weakest thing Marvel has put out yet. I consider myself a stan, but I'm absolutely not giving this a pass. 'Agents Of Shield' and 'Agent Carter' are both way better than this.

I don't understand why this got a run in the IMAX either - apart from the sweeping establishing shots which last a few seconds, there is nothing that eye catching about the camera work. Everything just feels like a set.

The clippers when they gave Medusa the signature fade with the Bevel blade

Crystal's acting in the scene where Lockjaw is knocked out

Karnak is blatantly going to hook up with the blonde astronomer chick.

Scott Buck is giving interviews about how he has ideas for the first three seasons of this show. That delusion.

If this show taught me anything it's that Karnak, if developed properly, is the most interesting Inhuman by leaps and bounds.

Also watching this shyt felt as if i was watching some anime porn...i felt embarrassed and dirty. I'm glad nobody was in the house while this was on

One of the reasons people feel Black Bolt came off the best in this series so far is because he didn't have to deliver any of the lines. This is not good writing.

Is Medusa a psychic in this? They give her some crazy reverb in her voice as she's communicating for Black Bolt & Budget Loki (running with it) mentions thinking about hooking up with her as a threat in that confrontation scene, which would a pretty ill move against a psychic, but she's not one in the books and the show doesn't establish that she is outside those 2 scenes.

That girl playing Crystal can't act. At all.

The NASA shyt is more bad writing. Of course seeing 4 energy signatures go to Earth from where you saw a blurry image you automatically identify as a hoof smash your rover means 4 individuals teleported to Hawaii. That's not a leap of logic at all. There might be a reason she's shoved in a random warehouse.

And I swear the director thought IMAX was 3D. You look at all the shots of things randomly placed in the foreground and it's like you're shooting for things to poke out in 3D and not the sweeping shots that stand out on an IMAX screen.

All that aside, I liked Gorgon & Karnak alot (although in hour 2 you have one sitting on a beach & one on a cliff the entire time- WTF?), Black Bolt was OK, I want Lockjaw to succeed b/c a giant teleporting bulldog is wonderfully silly, and I'll watch to see if the writing improves past this wacky IMAX experiment pilot whatever thing.

I'll try to watch it again. I fell asleep around the time Budget Loki was trying to convince Medusa to leave Black Bolt to be with him.

in the fight scene with... ol' Asian tat face... is his fighting style supposed to be slow and methodical b/c he has the power to... something? foresee things? rerun the past few seconds? b/c that was some of the weakest fighting i've literally ever seen on film. i hope it was purposely like that for some reason

He worse than underrated...he a nonfactor in the comics when he should be dr. Strange level clutch. He came close but marvel fukked it up with the rest of them.

I'll admit, there was a few moments, Karnak's fighting, The mu- listen. If you're gonna use classic rock on some Guardians shyt, use classic rock. Don't use some modernized bullshyt version of classic rock.

Outside of that and a few cringeworthy acting spots it wasn't that bad.

Still the wrong way to come out the gate if you're trying to replace the X-Men though.
