Id be surprised if they didn't link this show in with the black widow movie somehow. I can definitely see one of the characters from that coming through.

The first episode was excellent. The action was on point, and the story fits the bill as well. They also brought Henry Jackman back to do the score as he did in the WS and CW movies. I can't wait to see what happens next week.

Got to agree. I saw both Infinity War and Endgame opening night.
The silence with everyone walking out of IW likeand the reactions to the final third in Endgame a year later were two of the illest reactions I've ever witnessed to movies. shyt reached out and touched wider pop culture too.
B v S and Snyder's Justice League didn't offer anything close to those moments.
There's a lot to be said for taking 10 years to build to event movies, as opposed to rushing to one in 3-4 and expecting the audience to ride with the characters, because of who they are, and not because of the journey the director took them on.
I gave praise in a thread because he finally crafted something that was actually coherent...but nikkas is taking this Snyder cut to a whole knew level
Let's not forget that the only worthy actor in the whole damn ensemble is a Hawaiian that bears no resemblance to the real Aquaman because he's just that terrible of a character
. They quickly forgot how awful BVS and both Wonder Woman flicks were, and noooooobody cares about Shazam

Either have them both “share” the mantle (yuck) or like any other hero’s journey Sam will find the inner strength he’s always possessed to take up the mantle and become Captain America just as he did in the comics.
