Some of the racial stuff they're implying just doesn't feel genuine to me. I mean, sure, you could try to pretend it doesn't exist. So I give them credit for that. Just the execution comes off as pandering.

I feel like there's more to unpack from this episode than there was from any single episode of Wandavision.

The number of Black people in the opening was definitely :jbhmm:It's like the government were trying to pre-empt backlash to the idea of Sam being replaced by Walker, by surrounding him with Black folk.

Isiah Bradley :wow: Man got done super dirty by the US government, but where's the surprise?:mjpls:

Walker already showing some of his true character. :mjpls: I feel like his sidekick is gonna get that wake-up call :francis:

The scene at the bank last week was infuriating. The scene with the cop only settling down once his partner said who Sam was, gave me a flash of blinding rage.

On the real though - Walker needs to get punched right in his gump face. :pacspit:

I can't see this show breeding as many theories as Wandavision did, but I've got a decent one already.

The White Man is Mephisto. :wow:

I mean in the falcoln comic book when he was taking over for cap it had racial undertones how folks treated falcon. So IMO this just a play on this.

MCU can't win cause if they don't address issues folks bytch and when they do address issues folks bytch saying the pander.
