Mostly because people have already gotten attached. To the first face and Insomniac’s BS reason didn’t help. Let’s be real they changed the face. To look more like Tom Holland. Because he’s the current Spider-Man. But to be fair there was always a theory. That the old face looked like Andrew Garfield. Because the game didn’t start development until 2014. When Andrew was still Spider-Man.
