No Thanos.Him soning Ronan in the first flick was the highlight of the movie for me but I'm sure Gunn got more piff lined up for us.
I think they introduced thanos in the 1st to give it that stimilus package. Its like hey we dont know who the fukk they are but remember the purple guy at the end of avengers?!?! He's in it!!
But they got the juice and Pratt's a star so they got the blank check already

With the talk about the Captain Marvel movie/casting in this other thread a few weeks back, i was lowkey suggesting that they'd include this character in her movie, b/c of how things went in the comics.
So this is interesting. They're really going to expand things
