The Last Wolverine movie made
the most money out of the films and he’s about to be a big part in Deadpool 3. it’s lining up for him to get his spot back. The game has got to
be DOPE though

Wolverine and the Xmen will be Marvel's path back to the top since ironman and the Cap are retired. Once they start telling those stories with that Disney stimulus

I have almost as much faith in Arkane Lyon as i do in Insomniac to make a high quality game

But almost all these games are like next generation games at this point, Ironman, black panther, Blade, SM3 are all gonna be like launch titles for next gen consoles.

I dont think brand power in general and game selling potential are the same thing. Spider-Man for years struggled to sell games, until Sony got the licensing and put a big budget into them.

Look at Avatar it’s a two billion dollar movie series, as of just this year too. It looks like it’s pretty much going to flop as a big budget AAA game. Not everything directly translates from one mediums popularity to another. Spider-Man still has recognition in games which is why it still has potential to sell so much, but I dont think its a 1:1

God of War is nowhere near spider-man as a brand and it maintains a small lead in sales over it in gaming

Yeah, i remember Origins being pretty fun. Wolverine does have a long history in gaming, not as big as Spidey though. He’s a side character in a lot of games

I remember briefly playing that old Deadpool game and they seem similar. I think there’s a lot of potential if it’s 3rd person like Deadpool as well with the options to use guns, swords and martial arts

Since it's arkane that almost implies that this will be a FPS.

If it ISN'T a FPS, I'll be curious how Arkane's first third person action outing plays out.

Since Redfall dealt with vampires it almost feels like that game is just a proof of concept for this game that M$ decided to package into a release.
