I hear a lot about purchasing power of black people and how we can influence things with our disposable income. If we're really tired of Hollywood's imagery making black women and girls feel like their hair isn't good enough, or that their figures aren't small enough this is the movie that could lead to a change in the way things are done.

If you're tired of hollywood having white leads because they feel like white people won't show up to an all black movie or movies without the select few black leads one of two things need to happen. We need to support this movie in mass and show movies like this can make bank or we can stop going to all white movies. I think the first option is more realistic.

I Agree, very well said too. If this could make a difference in that fashion then I'd be more proud of it to come from a Comic-Book Movie. Sad that it couldn't come from a Film like Selma but if a Movie featuring a massive amount of Black Actors and Actresses with Star Power on the big screen for Marvel can make a difference for all Movies featuring Black Leads in the future then so be it. We've seen so much of Spider-Man already, and yes I know this argument has already been done but Black Panther should be up for a Film slot release before Spidey. Sure, Spidey was Great in Civil War and fun too but Damn.. Black Panther is a brand new live action character for the MCU. ...Hell, why not share the year with Spidey and Guardians in 2017? That'd be quite a feast.:whew:

I hear u breh but Marvel can do no wrong at this point. I think anything flashing that logo is gonna kill, regardless of the demographics.
