Not on that budget it wouldn't be.
That would be about 50-70 million cheaper than Iron Man, Captain America The First Avenger, and Ant-man(which cost a 130 million to make) It would be Marvels cheapest movie by FAR.
And I was being conservative about the WW box office but lets be real. The Lego Movie made 257 million domestic. You think Black Widow is going to come close to that?

They didn't give Johansson Ghost in the shell for no reason.
outside of Lucy most of the movies she leads are flops.
Hell Lucy was a surprise and a surprise in a very bad way in that it left people angry after seeing it.
We will see with this one though, all of it relies on budgetings iMHO.
John Wick had a production budget of 20 mil.
30 mil is more than enough for a Black Widow standalone film.

I've said it time and time again. RDJ is iron man, But at the same time SJ IS BW.
No other characters in the MCU is socially connected to ther on screen counterparts then RDJ and SJ is.

DC wasted the best actor for the Punisher by making him crossbones and then wasted crossbones by fukkign killing him off in the opening like he was nothing but cannon fodder.

Chris is Capt. America just as much as RDJ is Iron Man imho.
As for BW, they had to build her up before they made a movie for her solo and they have done a good job doing so.
There was no reason before hand to even consider it, same with Hawkeye.
