Cgi doesn't bother me as long as its good. And trust, Disney is prolly the best at CGI.

^8 movies in there wasnt a black panther either :mjpls: @marcuz she might still be looking good but she's too old now, she'll look like chadwick's mother

i don't know what you mean by this, but xmen characters are owned by fox studio. you wont see storm in the black panther movie.

Depending on what they announce, this might make or break a lot of moviegoers' confidence in the studio going forward.

What up my G? How did Marvel do? :krs:

I got pulled into a meeting yesterday just as the event started and couldn’t check the thread until last night. I’m just finishing reading every post in here. Nothing to say that hasn’t been said but yo Marvel blessed us for real.:mjcry:

Of course I want all comic book movies to do well but good luck to the rest of the studios outshining what Feige is building. It’s not very likely.:troll:

WE MADE IT BREHS!:blessed:

animations is probably cheaper than full cgi.

and that's why this:

will still look inferior to Goro, made in the 90s.

You're letting nostalgia blind you something fierce breh. Goro looks great in pictures, he looks stiff as fukk in motion.

And that's the main problem. Complex fight scenes would be virtually impossible....find me a single fight scene from the last 10-15 years that heavily features animatronics. You can't, because it's not effective, and hasn't been for a while.

Hell, let's look at Amalgamated Dynamics, the same company that did "Mortal Kombat" and Goro. They recently did work on "The Thing" remake. This is a room full of people animating one monster:

Again, would that be possible in an FX heavy movie like "The Infinity War"? I doubt it.

Lastly, as far as the Ultron pic, you're talking about design, not animation. Marvel gave him a "face" so he can show a range of emotions. The comic version looks more bad ass but has basically no facial animation aside from opening his mouth.
