Marvel never even intended to do this movie (Ali approached them first and Kevin Feige reluctantly agreed) at all. Plus a PG-13 Blade would NEVER do the film true justice and Ali is damn near almost 50 and is too old for the role now.
I think bushing it would be for the better because if it does eventually gets made then you know Marvel would half ass it.

they already announce daredevil born again would be tv-ma. so whatever we get from that is what you can expect at most from this.
Deadpool 3 is still considered a legacy film so that won't count.
