The Marvel formula is getting tiresome. A lot of funny moments in the movies but sometimes it feels too much. Now I've seen reviews describing Ant-Man as a comedy.

Oh well. At least we have the Netflix deal and hopefully a more serious Civil War coming.

My issue with that is that everyone on the avenger roster is practically the same. That joke cracking shyt gets boring after a while.

They're s team though. What movie have you seen where people team up and not joke. It's called having a damn personality.

Marvel has built a foundation and right now they are working with a winning formula. With that said, I love that DC has taken a different approach with their films. Batman vs. Superman and Suicide Squad are in the same universe but the trailers didn't feel exactly the same at all. And that's because Warner Bros. basically gave David Ayer bullet points and then let him cook.

Disney is hiring directors who will be shooting Feige's vision and not really their own. I wonder if folk will tire from this formula. However, I have high hopes still because the Russos are really good at filming action.

We can like both. I feel Marvel should have dropped something on Civil War tho. It wasn't the best decision to let DC have this Comic-Con all to themselves.

Marvel is gonna show out at D23 when the DC hype is over.

I really think it would be too cluttered with them as well. I like it separate. Plus FOX and Marvel hate each other due to what Marvel is doing to their characters on the comics side. It's not going down.

I don't know how people get so geeked off of trailers in 2015. If Zack Snyder has one singular and redeeming talent as a director it's piecing together an epic trailer. On everything, Watchmen has one of the GOAT trailers, ever. Not in just comic book/graphic novel lore; I'm talking cinema, period. And that movie was just .

BvS might be crazy dope when it hits the theater, but I'm going to need see more than a trailer before I go making grand declarations.

As a Marvel stan them DC trailers. I might become a DC stan over night. I feel like if Marvel, takes the next few movies they releasing the same way they took Avengers 2 is over for them.

Star Wars ain't gotta drop shyt until the movie premieres and it's still gonna be the biggest box office flick when weighed against anything dropping this year or next. It's Star Wars.

Low key... one thing marvel doesn't get credit for is the diversity being built into the comics. They're clearly paying attention to the fast/furious franchise. As soon as some of those character start making their way into the movies... well, all I can say is DC has no real answers for that. Not on the level of a black captain America. A black spider-man. A female Thor and a minority female captain marvel.
