It's a pretty damn good movie though.
I'm gonna peep it at some point. I've heard it's good but it should've been edited down is a universal criticism I've heard.
Fred.
It's a pretty damn good movie though.
Iron Man came out 15 years ago. Most, if not all of us posting, were in the target demographic and watched all the movies in the theater.
Also, a lot of us are able to distinguish between summer blockbuster and high quality filmmaking.
Plenty of young adults are the same. It's evident with the lackluster performances and reception of the last several MCU releases.
People want to see engaging material and you need a gripping script, good direction, and and cinematography. GOTG 3 had those, but most MCU movies don'tGuardians of the Galaxy 3 was released this year and was a hit…
The average person is paying to go to the theater to be entertained for 2 hours and to watch something half decent that engages with them.
People want to see engaging material and you need a gripping script, good direction, and and cinematography. GOTG 3 had those, but most MCU movies don't
Yet the majority of MCU movies have been financial hits...
He was talking about recently. Put the cape down
Yup, he knows. He was talking about recently. Put the cape down
Yup, he knows.
Since Endgame the MCU has been looking rocky and getting more criticism
People want to see engaging material and you need a gripping script, good direction, and and cinematography
but most MCU movies don't
Naw don't switch up what you said
You said people want this
and then said most MCU movie don't have that.
Then why have the MCU movies made over $29B if they are doing the complete opposite of what you say people want to see?
People are off of the high after Endgame and seeing that the criticisms are true. GOTG 3 had quality filmmaking and it showed with the reception everything else not so much. What's the boxoffice for the MCU movies for each movie this year. Or you can break it down year by year.
Not some gotcha like you think it is. I've been consistent about the MCU for years

This isn't about sales is it?The death of cape shyt
The continued dominance of Scorsese
Dunno, ask the guys who equate box office success with quality when defending trash Marvel movies. This isn't about sales is it?
I was quoting you tho.Dunno, ask the guys who equate box office success with quality when defending trash Marvel movies.
Again
We're still waiting for you to explain how the MCU has made $29B when it's doing the opposite of what you say people want?
