Marriage is a prison sentence for both parties involved. No matter how good of a husband you are your wife will want to fukk other guys. It can't be helped. Pretty sad that people truly believe in a monogamous marriage with the astronomical divorce rate in this country.

Because I think the problem is this fatherless generation raised by females and don't know how to be men. I hear dudes on here talking about how much money their woman makes. That tells me a lot about today's society. Men have been pussified and are looking for a replacement for their single parent mother more than a wife.

The government told black women or women in general that if you pump out a bunch of babies we will take care of you but you cant have a MAN in the house. See the problem is we forgot that WE needed each other there was always a need for one another but now women and gays and feminism run shyt. Feminism got this thing called DISPOABLE man were a women will have sex with a man and dispos of him before he gets to ABANDON the child and the mother . Men in this generation are fighting a diffrent war this go around ...my grandfather NEVER fought this war . But trust it dont stop me from manning up...but im not finna act like I dont know what im up aganist. My pops is a preacher he preaches on this stuff ...he said he would hate to be my age(30) out here dealing with these women.

That's a factor, but more of an excuse than anything else. Why there are so many single mothers? Because they are not being held in check. Women are the ones who have the power to choose their mate and carry their child. That's a HUGE problem today because women have much more earning power compared to when these contracts actually made sense. They are basically getting both the advantages of more and more earning power as time moves on, but then won't be held responsible for choosing a bad partner. On top of that the country holds the man not only responsible for child support (which he should be), but Alimony? Alimony is absolute bs in 2014 and that's just ONE example of how laws need to be updated for the current trends in this country. Women take advantage of this every single day...many of our moms have taken advantage as well.

The #1 thing a woman wants is to be taken care of. Now they can take care of themselves. Problem is they can't take care of a child by themselves. It's beyond finances. Children need fathers.

But my mind is blown every time I hear people say that it's the women's fault for choosing the wrong mate bullshyt. If that's true you have to admit that nikkas ain't shyt. Which may be true in a lot of cases but we still decide who we sleep with as well.

The reason behind single motherhood isn't because all of the women dispose of the men after they get pregnant. it's this "free love/im entitled to sex with different women/people" attitude that made people NOT want to marry the woman they impregnated. How many times have you heard a man wrestle with himself over the conflict of giving up his single bachelorhood and freedom to have sex for a woman he doesn't know and a baby he didn't want? The real issue is people are having children with people they only cared to have sex with. But there's no point in discussing the matter because you can't tell modern men and women not have sex or to be virgins till marriage. They won't listen.
