Its important to bring it up cause fools run with this assumption that because a woman isn't married no man wants to marry her. Which isn't true.....no man that she wants to marry has showed up.

Ah, I see what you mean now. That particular argument isn't logically sound, I agree. But the word "choosing" in this context doesn't imply lack of choice for the person being chosen.
"These women choosin out here" = These women out here are making romantic/sexual offers.

Men propose and offer commitment to women.

- What I find strange about this article is that it ignores the hundreds of thousands of black African families in the US which are succeeding in part because two-parent households/extended households under a single roof have potentially more financial resources to draw from and more persons to lack after and encourage the children.
