im not even saying he will ever be a pro bowler, i just hate the way he gets shytted on constantly and somebody like eli got like 5 years of chances to get it right. this kid didnt have a chance to develop and im glad to see him get a shot. if he goes out there and becomes garbage again, then i will take back my words. but he is better than his reputation.
I agree that he was better than his rep in NY. He's lucky to have gotten out of there and given another chance and this is a hell of a resurgence. I would hate to play in NY tho. If I was him I prolly would be psychologically messed up going thru all that in such a big market city :heh: if I was in the NFL I'd want to avoid NY like the plague for my own sanity

bro both John Elway and Peyton Manning went back to school for their senior seasons because the jets had the 1st round pick! :dead:

they were all over sanchez because he was hungry and ate a damn hot dog on the sideline. i mean sure it isnt usual, but goddamn the ny media is relentless. just look at tebow's circus press conference to introduce him. this town makes or breaks people and more often they get broken.

everyone in the media hated rex when we were winning and now everyone loves rex when were losing. Sanchez got skewered in the media e.g. buttfumble on loop and now everyones saying how much he deserves this new situation. The NY media cant make up its mind.

It's almost like the media feels guilty.

So 1 good game against one of the worst D's in the league is redemption.

Being away from Rex will help any Qb, but he got 4 shytty years to overcome and that don't happen in one night

If anything this just proves he belongs in the league, either as a starter or back up.. Which is great.

If you ain't manning, Brady, Rodgers, or Brees you not going too far with mediocre talent as you need impeccable decision making.

Joe Flacco only needs a good line unlike the above as he is accurate and has the best deep ball in the game

Probably does. The last two seasons have shown (if it wasn't already clear) that Sanchez was not the biggest problem with this team.

he definitely didnt play to help himself and its ok to fault him with that, but the way people just turned on him and some even were happy to see him hurt really bothered me.

A lot of his passes looked real high to me. A better secondary would have picked him off at least a couple times last night.

Dude hadn't played in some time. It's understandable. But Sanchez has never been accurate.

Exactly what I been saying. Folk acted like he was the reason why they stunk. After 2 playoff runs where he played very well, they were ready to turn on him.

Y'all hyping him up cuz of a win over the Panthers. Y'all didn't learn from Nicholas Folds?
Nick Foles isn't as bad as folk saying on here. Is he good? No. But for a guy in what...his 3rd year...he's deff a starter. Yall hard as hell on young QBs I don't get it. It takes a long time for QBs to be "elite" if they ever get there. There's also going to be bad years too. It's part of the development. Now if son is in year 7 and still ass making rookie mistakes then that's a diff story.
