he definitely didnt play to help himself and its ok to fault him with that, but the way people just turned on him and some even were happy to see him hurt really bothered me.
Oh, not at all. He deserves a good portion of the blame. He just wasn't the worst QB in the league at all. And I always find it disgusting when fans cheer after someone is injured, Despicable. I remember the video of some idiot in the stands saying that he wished Geno had torn his ACL. What kinda punk shyt is that? :why:
Exactly what I been saying. Folk acted like he was the reason why they stunk. After 2 playoff runs where he played very well, they were ready to turn on him.
Word. That team was a house of cards. Very little QB's except for that gilded group of them would have prospered in that environment.
Sending the Jets that Subliminal Ether, lol:

I've lived up here in NY during Mark's entire career and some of my boys are diehard Jets Fans. So I saw his raise and fall up close. It's true he made a lot of goofy mistakes but he was young and was thrown into the biggest media market in America. I'm still concerned about him being a Turnover machine but Chip seems to have really burned in his head to not make those mistakes. I think REX and the organation was too hard on Mark and made him THE ENTIRE blame for the Jets falling off after those two amazing AFC Championship Game runs. If Mark plays his cards right, he could not only redeem his career but he might get a Contract from the Eagles.

He was the reason why the Jets couldn't make it to the next level. The asked him to take on more responsibility, took the diapers off him and he couldn't do it. He wasn't gonna be the guy here and fair or not as soon as fans here feel like you're not gonna be the guy, we turn on you.

The worst thing that ever happened to Fez was his early success

Nick Foles isn't as bad as folk saying on here. Is he good? No. But for a guy in what...his 3rd year...he's deff a starter. Yall hard as hell on young QBs I don't get it. It takes a long time for QBs to be "elite" if they ever get there. There's also going to be bad years too. It's part of the development. Now if son is in year 7 and still ass making rookie mistakes then that's a diff story.
The Eagles legit go far in the playoffs with Nick Foles at the helm. He made a lot of mistakes, but he also did a lot things right. He stretched the field with Maclin which is very important in this offense. The deep ball is effectively gone now. That between the hashes bullshyt that you can get away with against Carolina not going anywhere against better teams. The offense is predicated on taking chances downfield and Sanchez not willing to take them. Nicky Montana just need to limit his careless mistakes.

I agree with what you're saying. The comparison was more along the lines of ppl thought Foles was the next great thing because of games against subpar teams like the raiders and the other bad teams he played to start. The panthers are 3-6-1 for a reason
