I'm in. Need to cut the late night drinking out. I went from 165 in 2011 to 230 at the end of 2012. Three years later and I'm just now getting a consistent diet/cardio plan. This weight got me all up in my feelings.

I'll post pics later, I believe I'm in the 250-260 range. Trying to get to 210 eventually.

I'm at around 201 right now. Going to try to get to 190 this month. It's going to be hard because I'm a heavy drinker.

I fukked up this morning...:sadcam:

I should've took my black ass in the house when i got off work but I decided to go to the gas and cop 2 Gatorade a two snack cakes now I'm back at work with only 790 calories to spare, the only places that deliver in this podunk ass town is pizza Hut and johnny's pizza.

Been eating real clean for this bulk the past few days. Had a good back and chest day, then slept wrong and woke up this morning with a knot in my left mid trap that gets tight when I turn my head to the right or lift my head to drink :sadcam:. Tried the tennis ball massage and it seemed to help some, but now my head feels heavy as a brick. Finna get like 10 hours sleep tonight and hope by friday its gone so I can hit back again
