Florida Republicans 'more likely' to back Trump after Chicago

Florida Republicans 'more likely' to back Trump after Chicago

By AL WEAVER (@ALWEAVER22) • 3/14/16 4:11 PM

Donald Trump may have benefited from his decision to cancel his rally in Chicago due to protests and threatened violence, a new poll reports.

According to a Monmouth poll released Monday, 22 percent of Florida voters said the incidents in Chicago on Friday night make them more likely to vote for Trump, with only 11 percent saying they would be less likely. A vast majority, 66 percent, said that the heated protests from late last week make no difference.

The event Friday was cancelled by the Trump campaign after a string of protests, which led to violence and clashes between protesters and Trump supporters.

Less than 24 hours after the rally, an attendee at Trump's event in Dayton tried to rush the stage, leading Secret Service agents to surround a spooked Trump as other agents took down the individual.

The Chicago thing was pre planned to make Trump look bad and got exposed. Now you have Soros openly saying he's going to plan and fund more as a strategy to try and beat Trump. :dead:

The only caveat is Ohio is an openly primary which makes it a bit unpredictable.

Soros would be better served using his money to pay volunteers $15/hr to register voters in every hood/barrio in America.

These republican governors have passed so many laws to suppress the vote, it's important people get registered now so they don't look stupid on election day.

He'd be better off buying DW$ and dissolving the Dems' super delegate structure if he wants to stop voter suppression.

Polls are useless in 2016. So a few thousand people in a state of different backgrounds are supposed to be the indicator of a political climate where nobody really fukks with these parties like that anymore :jbhmm:

If the primary is open whatever the polls say don't be comfortable.

In NC, I haven't seen a single poll include unaffiliated voters. The state is an open primary and there are damn near 2 million people here registered with that affiliation who could vote on either side. Basically fukkery could be on tap tonight :mjlol:
