Caught up with chapter 151 this manga is a great harem comedy. But its a clear parody that goes 100% all in with the comedy. A must read if you like harem comedies. It has this weird cycle of of chapters being great comedy, wholesome and just really fukking weird.

This manga has been slowly cooking, but man this was a great chapter to add more to Nico's storyline.

Man this chapter did a great job from understanding Miuy's side of the story. She was a loner for so long and she finally found a friend who seemed to love music. And then in a flash she lost context with Nico whom goes to tell her that she lots interest in music. Obviously there is Nico's side of the story but damn you know going through all that and now Nico coming back into music got her in a roller coaster of emotions.

Started reading this today and I really like. Detective mystery where you have a novice detective Toto partnering up with Ron Kamonhashi. And man this dead is fukkign hilarious .The comedy is very nicely placed and curious how the comedy is used when we get to longer cases. Banter is also great as well.

The first case legit had me like . Obviously they git drowned but it wasn't the typical manner. Since there are no witnesses so it wasn't outside He had his valuables stolen like where could weallthy people be in a place that they can be drown in different places. The tie in to the barbershop was interesting but the pieces all fall in. Also damn Ron telling people to kill themselves . Bro wtf. Lucky Toto is a good dude and saved the criminal barber before he could fall and commit suicide.

Also next case was solving a stolen piggy bank. Which was like . But that lead Ron to go to the scene of a dead boy. Basically the coins left in their were marked by the older sister rather then the younger sister. So one would think the sister was stealing, but thats too fukking petty. Instead it connects to the murder . Basically the dude was stalking the older sister and in self defense she hit him with the piggy bank and killed him. Now I don't blame her for getting freaked out, but hiding a dead body put into a position of committing a crime when before leaving the body and claiming self defense would put her in a better situation. But damn Ron is ruthless. Well Toto saves another potential suicide.

The 3rd was them at a hot springs, which was a setup to get Ron to be found guilty of solving cases while his license is suspended. Dude has a 100% solving cases, but has a 0% closing them cause he tells the victims to commit suicide sheeesh. Well Blue Academy really out for him. It leads to one of customer's wife was found dead in one of the "Hot" springs. Toto doing a better job here concluding the husband flipped the signs for Men and Women's Hot Springs. Which is why Amamiya ended up going to the men one by accident. Which really was an accident.

Then the rain gutter was used in the males section since Toto and Ron were done with the hot spring and where the only two remaining he would go to the men one. It adds up with the wife falling into a freezing spring and given her heart that was a wrap. But damn the husband really did that so he could be in a relationship with the girl he was having an affair. Bro couldn't be a normal person and just break up with her . That leads to that instructor typing up Ron who obviously smells the bullshyt and knows Ron did the heavy lifting. But rather we get an unexpected twist of sorts with him asking Ron to solve a case regarding a relative. This arc had a very interesting ended to it you could say.

The last arc introduces us to Kawasemi who is the number 1 detective and is a funny rival to Ron. In more of the sense his personality is the opposite of Ron, but his intelligence definitely rivals him. We end at a cliff hanger where the guy that Kawaemi and Yamane tried to arrest is the victim in this case. It is noted that they handcuffed him and now the victim had his arms cut off. Yamane is really suspect here.

Well comedy side is mostly Ron being as deranged as he is. The core of this show is solving cases being a detective mystery.

Haven't seen the anime yet but the conclusion of the first case would give you a solid idea if the series is for you or not.

Read up through vol 5 of Ron Kamonohashi: Deranged Detective. And man this shyt is great For the most part it is smaller cases but the way it is written is great. Ron fukkery is fukking great



I love Spitz addition to the cast. He surprising is a great fit despite his introduction. His arc to find his brother was touching sadly the grandfather protecting the brother cost him. The fact that the head of Blue Academy knows the incident from 5 years ago was indeed a setup makes things really interesting.

The biggest thing is that Ron has blood of both Sherlock holmes and James Moriarty in his veins makes things very interesting. The M family really gonna try to break Ron but not even to deter him from joining. Man Ron got that one up on Winter was like . Tho they maintaining their perfect rate is

Dr. Mofu got to be one of my favorite side characters. She is a hella clutz but she got medicine to help Ron's condition. Tho admittedly the side effects are pretty strong on him. Hopefully that can get smoothed out as time goes on.Gotta say Toto has been coming along nicely. He slowly picking up things even if Ron's genius is what is caring him.

The Hummingbird was a fun arc. In the sense you got to understand how a songwriter Nyo-Nyon feels uncomfortable being forced in the spotlight, but not at the cost of something happened to the singer. Tho luckily nothing bad happened. But the main reason Humingbird went through all that was because of his daughter. . Who would of thought Toto would be the bad cop in this case


The research Lab murder was a fukked up arc. You know damn well AOE gave no fukks who had ot be sacrificed from him to obtain what he wants. He would have let as many students die. The worst part is Himeno looked up to him and he thought of her as nothing. Its scary to think someone who inspires you and whom you admire could think this little of you. Especially considering she worked under him.

The most recent case we got Ron getting an invitation from 17 years ago . This case is def on the stranger sides, but the owner still not being present sets off some big red flags.

Made this had me on the edge of my seat reading it.

The big reveal was regarding Ron's father and his past. It is revealed that Ron's father was part of the murder from 17 years ago. I really liked how it made you put doubt within Ron given the fact we will learn that his father was the part of the Moriarty family. You actually feel Ron's despair as being part of the family contradicts being a detective.

Now I'll admit Tiger Dan being the culprit was really well done. The manner of each of the 3 murders was so unconspicuous that honestly anyone outside of Mia had a clear case of being the killer. Ron's memories coming back to him happened at the best time for him. Ron's father was a changed man when he met Ron's mother a member of the Holmes family. He wanted Ron to find his own path and be stuck to one family like he was. Ron wants to be a detective similiar to those in Holmes family, but which is by his shoice.

He finally meets his archnemesis Milo Moriarty. He still has been playing with Ron, so will be interested to see what he plans to do next. The M family is beyond scary news. IT really goes to show how scary the M family is given the fact the 3 victims who survived have to live in hiding because how dangerous the M family is. Mia who was uninvoled beside being the daughter of the Researcher they wanted to kidnapped. Would be nice if she gets to meet him.

Beyond that the 2nd case in this volume we see the fortune teller kill the pissed off super fan. While I do appreciate this case being one where we know ahead of time who did along with Ron. But how do they catch him instead of how they figure who did. Unlike in every other case they brought facts to the equation this was more of a mind game. Where they put the fortune teller in a corner to think he has lost and admitting when most likely he could have feigned ignorance and would have gotten away with it. Unlike with the case of Winter the manner they out beat the fortune teller just felt like they won against an opponent that Ron severely out ranked.

Ron Kamonohashi: Deranged Detective Vol 7

The first small case was a nice one. Ron's presence was small but I liked how he left all the pieces for Toto to solve. Also great to see Amaiya teaming up with Toto to solve this case. Cause lets be honest most of the time in the story she just be yelling at Toto or blushing when Ron yells at her. It is concerning the side effects for the medication is getting worse for Ron. It really is a race against time

The big case in this volume dealt with the Moon Prison. Which is similar to the Sun prison in England where it is impossible to impetrate. Now the thing is how did the killer kill someone who was is in such a place. Here we are introduced to Fin Fennec whom is an instructor at Blue and specializes in locked room studies. She is a very cold and calculating detective. She is able to figure out that throught the chimney a wall was used to hide the victim and simply pulling it out revealed the victim to be dead from the outside window.

However the husband's brother ends up being killed the next day. This moment offers a different contrast between Fin and Toto. Toto gives Fin a different outlook at solving cases. For her it was just solving a riddle, but Toto alludes that them not solving the case yesterday allowed a 2nd person to die. In a way it humbles her. The 2nd victim mimics the unsolvable murder in the Sun moon prison.

How Ron and Toto solve this case was interesting. Basically the magnet on the door is what kept bar from coming down and locking the door. Since the magnetism died Fin couldn't tell that it was used there. And since it wasn't relevant the day before she didn't have that knowledge coming in. Now the maid's desire to protect her mistress is not a bizarre one. But sometimes one can be too obsessed with another person and in this case the promise to protect the wife. But the extreme of killing both her husband and brother-in-law is way too extreme.

Fin and Ron's conversation in two parts was intriguing. On one hand their discussion on Ron's theory on solving the unsolvable Sun Prison case was interesting. But the real catch is Fin noticing the principal has been making moves, but the big thing is Dr. Hisrach following the principal. Def feels he is the instructor right now that most llikely has ties to the M family.

The beginning of the next arc is classic fukkery. Ron really using brown sugar surap instead of sauce for the hot pot . It is really nice that he went out to celebrate Toto's birthday. But they really going to solve a case on why cabbage isn't being sold anywhere near by
