Interesting first chapter. In this world peace between the Demon Lord and the Hero and the people making it seem so different. And because of that there is no need for a hero in the traditional sense. In fact the hero is being raised by the Demon Lord. The point that sells me on their relationship is when him not really being hero Corello wishes he was never born. The way the Demon Lord acted felt genuine since no parent would ever want to her that from their child blood related or not.

With the hero and demon lord come into this world you learn that the hero did for his own selfish reasons. If a hero's role is to protect then how is this guy truly a hero. Corello protecting him was what you would say what a hero would do regardless if that hero came to this world planning to kill him.

Curious on how this manga goes because the idea of what it means to be a hero and understanding that could be an interesting direction.

Also Tenmaku Cinema finally wrapping up. A shame it ended. Prolouge had a very solid foundation. Admittedly it could have done better if it would have written more tension since it felt more like a hooby series and with a competive magizine like WSJ it shouldn't be surprising that it underperformed.

Good resolve from Taki. Less then allowing that to put him down. He understands his goals may be out of reach, but there is no point in looking down on yourself. You need to continue pushing yourself.

Ichinose Family Deadly Sins Ch. 40

Honestly this arc might have easily been in the best in the manga. When things are at their absolute worst family is those that you can turn to. Sota can try create this pretend family to have this preception of what he thinks a family is like. But conflict is human nature. Talking about your issues isn't easy, but pretending everything is alright when it isn't is not normal and healthy.

9 chapters out so far. Pretty dark themes highlighting how fukked up bullying is. Parts can be tough to read, but it is a revenge manga.

The 1st arc was pretty good. I liked how she gave the girl confidence to stand up for self. Granted if Maria wasn't there she would have been killed by that douche. This arc basically had making the douche feel the suffering through viral evidence. Then the suffering and death of him at the end was just icing on top. The worst part is he wasn't even asking for forgivness he was just cursing Kiritaka.

2nd arc has pretty interesting so far. She aims to torture Kumiru socially since she manipulates people in such a fukked up way. She got more involved here by proving that Tsuyoshi was innocent. But it is shown that she put the shirt in his bag. Now it does put her more at risk. Would her request of them to going after Maria be taken seriously I wonder.

This is a series less of Maria getting her revenge. Its more how she gets her revenge and what are her roadblocks to it. It will be interesting how the ex-husband gets involved in the story. Because there was opportunities before her son died to give him help and he brushed off Maria.

It does a good job of having you root for Maria despite the methods she does are fukked up

Shangri-La Frontier Volume 5

Honestly for for the most of this volume they did a great job at nailing the big fight in the final phase.

This fight was mostly about adaptation given that the 3 of them had skills given their other game experience. Granted the amount of prep they made for this fight was fukking insane. Pencilgon and Oicazzo gameplan was basically deal as much damage as quick as possible against Kirin. In the meanwhile Sunraku was dealing with some omega bullshyt against Wethermond. Dude was pulling off combos of all his attacks string together and ending it with a instant kill move that you can't dodge. . Even making matters worse man had lag on his normal attacks. There is OP for a superboss, but that is way beyond it. Big props for Sunraku to adapt and goes to show that he is used to playing with these weird ass disadvantages. Since I assume most people just would give up.

So it since Pencilgon used the Schwarz Wulf Clan to take out her old mates so she could have the 3 of them beat Wethermond. We knew she did that, but damn the head of the clan Psyger-100 got mad af . Also it is safe to assume that she is the older sister of Rei whom has a crush on Sunraku. Props to Pencilgon wanting a fresh start even if it mean losing the rewards for the fight. Curious if she tags along with Sunraku and Oicazzo going forward.

I am assuming at the end that was game's creator or dev since they were so made the superboss order was beaten out of their expected order. Basicallly they tie it to story progression in the world of the story I assume. Man Sunraku better becareful hes getting more and more attention then what he really wants.

Shangri-La Frontier Volume 6

More of a chill volume but some interesting stuff.

So we see some of the people who made SLF and they mad af that Sunraku and the gang beat a late superboss in the early game . Literally you have the game designer and balancer basically fighting.Tusukyo whom made Whethermond literally unbeatable requiring a nerf to be beatable. But tbh Ritsu might be in the right considering how much insane prep that was needed to give them a chance of beating Whethermond.

We see Sunraku popping off that he can use Whethermond skills, but it aint gonna be that easy. We do see Sunraku, Pencilgon and Oicazzo forming a clan called Wolf-Gang. Pencilgon unfortunately having the role of clan leader after restarting fresh. An interesting one. Oicazzo got a non-standard ether reactor from the fight, but he had no use for it considering he needs to be in Sunraku's unqiue quest and trigger that is basically impossible . Sunraku is really allergic to waiting around standing still lets see if he actually can get Beelach to become an ancient craftsman so he can use the tatical fighters or personalized armors.

Pretty solid first chapter. I really like the pre-timeskip stuff between the father and son. More so illustrating that a weapoin craftsman is as guilty as the one wielding the weapon. It's a perspective you don't see .Post timeskip gives the indication this is going to be a gorey revenge type of series. Still I gotta know what happened to make the kid like this now.

Another good chapter. Kind of cool how the previous hero built the foundation where the current hero can live in peace. Altho worth noting that you see that Corleo is slowly understanding what it means to be a hero. That last page is another step for him to get that understanding.
