Ok things mentioned here went over the top in my head. Basically what Geto said is basically for those who ate cursed objects like Yuji he gave them the capacity to be vessels and those who were meant to be normal human gave them the capacity to use cursed energy. Now they are gonna fight each other.

This is def confusing to me. I guess basically the goal is to have humans kill each other to put it simple. But it begs the question is he suggested everyone in Japan falls in these two categories? Or would those who become curses end up killing.

We finally seeing Yuta back. But why is Rika back that needs an explanation. Since that makes 0's ending confusing.

But the fight was cool between Yuji vs Yuta since you basically got 2 opposite extremes going at it. Granted unless Sukuna stepped in it was hard pressed for Yuji to win granted he gave Yuta more trouble then he was expecting.

On a side note Ch. 136 seems to be the logical ending point of S2 when that starts airing next month.

Yea a LOT of Geto/Brain-kun's schemes went over my head or seemed convoluted when it got explained

I just had to fall back and enjoy how everyone who's been running up on him has been getting sonned :ehh:

And yea it's gonna be interesting to see where exactly they end season 2 in anime

One Punch Man: This Terrible Tornado fallout has been priceless, ONE is so damn good at emoting with these characters and they all feel special. You're never going to mistake one for another and that's an underrated skill.

Eminence in Shadow: The way it keeps getting more meta can be off putting at times but it's always been entertaining. This guy is a bigger trope than Saitama because he thinks his entire reality is a game and behaves accordingly. The extra layer where he makes sure he behaves like a disposable side character is something a series like Overlord dabbled in but never committed to.

Ok, Given Sukuna's reaction in the previous volume it wasn't death that surprised him it was the fact that Yuta was able to kill and heal Yuji back using reverse cursed energy. Perhaps it has something to with being Sukuna's vessel.

The whole culling game feels really confusing. The rules just be like :why:. Lots of fukkery and basically the game master is mostly in control. The crazy part of all this is that if Toji didn't get in the way 12 years ago they wouldn't be in the situation they are now. Stuff makes a lil more sense at least with his endgame goals altho a lot still going over my head.

The biggest wtf is that Geto's new brain/Kamo/Kenjaku was in possession of Yuji's mother according to that flashback. So Yuji was targeted from the very beginning but why? And also Yuji's dad must have be insanely in love with that girl cause someone dead coming back aint normal lol.

Poor Panda :mjcry: It was the equivalent of losing a parent and he took the high road.

Highlight was definitely the Zeinn family stuff surrounding Maki and Mai. Damn they just highlighted the early stuff from the series and took it to another level. That whole family is a bunch of shytbags :pacspit:. Basically becoming twins cursed them in the sense of Maki lacking in curse energy and Mai not being remarkable.Toji playing all his cards right making sure Megumin is the successor since he has the talent.

But you know have the father killing his 2 daughters because they held him back. Still confused regarding Mai's cused technique and how her dying has an effect on Maki. But basically she becomes the 2nd coming of Toji and just went to work on the whole family :damn:

That family of scums deserved it all coming there way.

Ok this series be killing me sometimes. :mjlol:

But lowkey this was a great chapter. Looks like things might finally start rolling along finally.

So basically Nostrada Mus's Prophecy is coming true and when the Famine Devil says that the ultimate Terror it very likely means the Death Devil if I were to guess. So Famine wanting Nayuta to cooperate with her and with having the War devil on their side, they could stand a chance against this so called threat.

While the ending of the chapter was silly it does show you Denji's influence on Nayuta and how different she is from Makima.

On point as usual breh. Main takeaways: The Zenin Clan is absolute dog water and deserved extermination and the Culling Games is confusing fukkery incarnate.

Mangas are overrated, y’all out here really reading a series for 10 plus years that got as much content as a 700 page novel :wtf:

I’m new to Manga but it just seem like purely a money making adventure…

Someone please tell me the hype? Because I’m missing the point brehs and I’m running out of good things to watch and read:mjcry:

Reading an ongoing series is best when you jump into the fan community and talk about the weekly chapters. I've been reading One Piece my whole damned life, and most of the fun is in discussing theories and comparing favorite moments and stuff like that.

But you could also just hop on completed series. You skip the 10 year wait for a conclusion and get to binge a full story the same way you might do for a novel.

So, I think the hype is mainly related to the communities that form around a great ongoing story. But if you just want to read great stories, pick out your favorite manga and then look for completed stories that fans compare to it (there are a gang of copycats in manga).

read Berserk

I read it, and read it without doing much research, Berserk is a great story but to find out that shyt been going for 30 + years :gucci:

For 30 years the progress that Berserk has made is :snoop: imagine my shock to find out that it wasn’t finished or that it wasn’t even closed to finished and to find out the original manga author died.I’m invested but now I think I. Was better off not reading it.

I started off reading manga because Vinland saga on Netflix was going so slow so I read the manga .

And yes I get they they have communities but the communities on Reddit (the only communities I know of to be fair) are full of dikk-riding of the comic relief characters and shytty drawings and art.

The crazy thing about being a fan for life is that you you might actually die or the author die before getting the conclusion to the story..now that’s insane to me. Idk if one piece is a story like Berserk but I’ll be mad if u have to wait 30 years and its not close a conclusion :mjcry:

I am going to read Monster next tho I heard it’s one of the GOATs.

I love Vinland Saga, that's one that I decided to go Anime-Only on at least for the time being. The gap from season one to two definitely makes sense for why you'd start picking up the manga.

Reddit kinda sucks. I rock with a few twitter communities, and chat on forums like this for the stuff I really like. One Piece FINALLY feels like it's hit the end-game. That's kinda scary because I've had it for so long; but it's also great because Vagabond and Hunter X Hunter are two of my favorite Manga and I doubt I'll ever see conclusions for 'em.

The whole Berserk thing was really sad. I never read it myself, but it's probably the most beloved joint I missed so the lack of a conclusion sucks. There's also some manga that either rushed their conclusions (Bleach, Gamaran, and Akame ga Kiru imo) and some that just lost steam as they got near the end (That's Claymore and Naruto for me).

Monster is dope, as a matter of fact, everything Urasawa's done is pretty much epic. I'm probably the only one, but I rate Pluto as Urasawa's best work. It's also one of his shorter ones, so it's worth a look if you end up liking his style.

More so a transition to the culling games. shyt the fact that people like Yuta is saying Hakari is strong that is saying something. You know what I respect Yuji talking those punches. It probably hurt like fukking hell, but he stood his ground and took it. I respect it. They got the squad.

But with all sorts of people participating and some being as old as fukking Sukuna makes it an even more scarier thought. Entering a colony really puts in a random position on a wide ass area :skip:

One thing is for certain unlike Yuji Megumi aint scared to be a killer. That point def gets missed.
