Just saw this joint today. Not going to ruin it but as a ol school kung fu head this reminded me of a big budget Kid with the Golden Arms, almost similar story n characters. Ex. Big axe n little axe = The Geminis. N I honestly would rather watch the Kid with the Golden Arms before seeing this again. But the bytches !!!!!

just got back! flick was mad entertaining!!
great weapons..

the fight scenes were filmed not so great, it was hard to appreciate the fights at times.

Movie was pretty good. I def prefer some of the movie tracks vs the soundtrack version. Most noticeable was Kanye's White Dress.

just saw it. shyt was alright. the story was a little convoluted with too many side stories. and honestly I think RZA lacks the charisma to play a major role in a movie

I'm not sure why that matters. especially when it was trimmed down to 96 minutes. there's been a few recent movies that have proven 2hr+ movies can be successful

a 3 hr plus pure action film may be too much for the mainstream viewers?

has anyone else seen Thunderclap? alot of similarities with iron fists..likewise kid with golden arms..

I'm sayin they chopped it down all the way to 96 minutes. they could have fleshed it out a little more and ran just over 2 hours. The Avengers was 2 hrs 23 mins. it can be done... but the movie has to be good
