The state does not recognize a fetus as life so they were not charged with murder. But this man is being charged with murder which is taking a life the state does not recognize

The law is: A woman getting a legal abortion isn't murder but him giving her abortion pills without her knowing causing her to have an abortion, is first degree murder(since it was done while committing a federal crime).

In this case they are. But I counter or would argue with how is abortion legal if the state considers a fetus life. Then why have they failed to protect said life before my case came foward.

You are asking the wrong person. I hate these types of things because it's half law/half personal morals. I think it is partly related to the viability of the fetus outside of the womb and the woman's rights superseding the rights of the fetus.

I'm saying he can get of with attempted murder on her life but not flat out murder bc a fetus is not legally considered life hence how abortion is legal, especially considering how early in her pregnancy she was. By the way personally I hate abortions, and I could be wrong.

The bolded is why I hate these types of debates. There is a difference between my personal morals and what I can objectively say is the law.

Again...everything I've read relates to viability outside of the womb. You might have to take this up with some lawyers or judges though. I can only say what the law says and your question seems more like a moral/personal question/judgement (imo).
