Product tampering is a federal crime. His federal crime resulted in the death of an unborn child. That's murder.

He terminated her pregnancy without her permission & committed a federal crime.

According to the state, illegally ending a pregnancy is a crime.
Women can be and have been arrested for ending their own pregnancies.
The only way terminating a pregnancy isn't considered "wrong" or a crime is if it's through an authorized abortion done by a doctor.

The state does not recognize a fetus as life so they were not charged with murder. But this man is being charged with murder which is taking a life the state does not recognize

I don't think he would be charged with first degree murder had it not happened while committing a federal crime. The feds are charging him...

In this case they are. But I counter or would argue with how is abortion legal if the state considers a fetus life. Then why have they failed to protect said life before my case came foward.
