Not really, Any job that has an office space is capable of WFH. I work at a credit union and we got approved for permanent WFH in 2022.

Entertainment world got me fukked up, I been trying to build off my merit and my word/work thinking I could land something 6fig just off my work put in. Not necessarily credentials. Just off the strength.

I mean I know who I am and what I’m capable of. Just be needing them chances.

Well as far as being harmful to my career, there's an app that's a noise canceler for video calls.

But if I'm that concerned about it, I would just go to my car and take the meeting there.

There's been times that I was on the highway and when it came time for my meeting, I just ducked off into a parking lot and jumped on the call.

We go into the office once a month for a meeting, and we all wear our masks to let them know we ain't interested in returning to the office. Once we leave out the front door the masks come off

That's natural, I used to not believe in the positive energy talk but ever since I adopted that mindset things have been great. I was positive that we were going to be able to WFH on a permanent basis, and then one day the top brass called a zoom meeting and gave us the great news.

True. There was a span during the height of COVID where I was working from home for 8 straight months. It became unbearable after awhile, mainly because I literally couldn't go ANYWHERE.

Well now it's possible to WFH and go places.

Best of both worlds.

Most of the video conferencing apps have the ability tot throw on custom backgrounds so nothing behind you actually shows up. I've taken meetings in the top deck of a cruise ship in the middle of a deck party.
